I think it is great that you teach TKD in a church. There is a United Methodist pastor in West Virginia who does this and an article was in the UM Circuit Rider magazine a couple of years ago. Also, the Christian Martial Arts Association has many clergy who teach a martial art in their school.
I catch more flack from church members than from other clergy about being a martial artist. They are surprised when I tell them we have many pastors who are black belts in various martial arts, some still compete, and one of my Korean clergy friends is a good friend of Byung Lee, our Master instructor as well as one of the famous Lee Brother's. Master Lee is a Decon in the Korean Presbyterian Church in Greenville, NC.
