I need to practice taeguek sam jung...I'd like to see a good video of the form (other than the WTF video) that would help me not just learn it but make it goooood....
While I don't have an accessable vidoe readily available, I can give you some pointers.
First, if you are practicing for a test, to "make it look gooooood," to it exactly as your instructor does it.
Second, when executing Taeguk Sam Jang, keep in mind the elemental trigram of the I-Ching that it represents. Sam Jang corresponds to the trigram Ri and represents fire. Thus, when performing this poomsae, emulate the qualities that make fire unique among the elements. Be passionate, be powerful, be decisive.
Third, poomsae are the best way for you to turn Taekwon Do from a series of strikes and blocks into the Martial Art that is it. Through Taeguk Sam Jang and all other poomsae, practitioners have the oportunity to create the "art" of martial art.
