There is going to be a tournament in San Jose on 10-25-08. I will sparring and doing forms. I need to train alot harded. Wish me luck. Check back for updates.
I got a gold in forms. I think its kinda funny I was the only one in my bracket, so I got gold. I did my form with 3 others and got the lowest score. I should have got bronze. I was nervise a little I messed up close to the end of my forms. I did tea-guek 2. The video will be posted soon.
I got a silver in sparring. I only sparred one guy there wasnt that many people in my bracket. I sparred a guy from sea side Ca. he is a yellow belt. Small and fast. I was down 2 to 7 at the end of the first round. The final score was 9 to 10. I lost by one point. I am happy with my performance. I came back form to score 7 points to his 3 in the final round. This will be my first tournament. I'm excited to fight for my school. To make my instructor happy. Showing what I have learned. Olympics in 4 years? Who knows. Anyone from the area will be there? Today wasa great day. I tested for my orange belt. I did good. With all the students testing it took almost 3 hours. With only 4 hours of sleep. Im at work writing this. Drinking rockstar to stay awake. Overall the test was good for all students. I'm very pleased with myself.
