Thanks for posting the ITF patterns videos!! That's awesome!!!

Thank you!

Now maybe someone can post the WTF videos once they see that those are posted.  I was trying to put them into the correct order when I uploaded but for some reason they didn't appear that way once uploaded.

Good one. When did you get your black belt? I'm so desperate to get mine! It's been so long.....I started training 10 years ago, but I keep getting set backs- it seems I'll never get it! I'll just have to be the best ever red belt!

Arrr its all good stuff, Our training session on Monday evening was bad.... I've just passed my black belt and as a welcome to all the new black belts, Mr Oliver made it a tough lesson, I was absolutely knackerd.... one of the hardest lessons ever I think...lol     I was so stiff the next day I just wanted to die....hehehehehe.

But you do feel good afterwards, its good to have a session like that sometimes.

Take care mate, keep in touch.

Many thanks for your kind offer of a birthchart, but we're ok for now.

Best of luck with your grading. When I did my red belt one a few weeks ago, I wasn't nervous until I was called up for theory questions and started describing the meaning of Do San when I was asked for the meaning of Joon Gun!

Oops! I guess you won them round eventually though  Thanks for the luck though... I like to pretend luck doesn't exist... but with my navigation skills, even getting to the right place would be a result! Take care Jx
