that kick was at the school in gondok station about three months after my surgery. I used to kick much higher. thanks though. and nothing should ever be to high for you. you can achieve anything you put your mind too. train hard and never give up.

that kick was about 3 months after my suergery on my right foot I used to kick much higher. I just had surgery on my other foot, hopefully when it heals I will be able to get back to training. I am so fat these days I feel heavy and I hate it. I can't wait to get this cast off. then its a one year recovery time. anyway thanks for the coment though.
