Yep! Had a little set back. Blew my L-4 disk, L-5 flared up so it took months to pinpoint just what was going on. Now I am doing some yoga to help. That is why I started the 'Cortizone's my Friend' group so other people could share injuries and how they got or are going through the recovery. For me it has been mental too. It is hard having limitations. But I have learned better to be smart than do something stupid I love TKD. So next week is the first of several 'mini' tests before my 2nd Dan. The injury just presents another challenge! How is your training going?
These girls are my mentors in class. We were at the old school together. After all the change we are still together while they are much younger they are kindred spirits and really have helped me with a lot and continue too! Love them.
