ENLARGE the photo...  The SIGNS, yes signS..plural... three to be exact, say,  "Instructor Parking, Master Place"      "Miss Nanette" (Instructor's wife) and  "Tae Kwon Do Parking Only  All Others will be Towed"     

 and someone parks their truck there around 5:30 and leaves it there so the Master can park somewhere else.
