I broke my hand!!!!

I wasn't having a very good day at all yesterday, I have a sore foot from an open blister (walking in wrong shoes), I have inflamed gum, I stupidly in a big hurry (as us mums normally are) decided to dry shave my legs before class!!!(shaving rash like you have never seen it!!)-but I decided I will risk class. So, my legs are on fire, my foot covered with a bandaid the size of my foot, sore mouth.....................
45 minutes into class we are doing some pad work kicks, knee kicks etc, the Black belt decided we should do some punching, only my friend and I decided to take it too far, continuous punching x12 on the last one making it count-I know how hard I can punch and should have held back a bit but I felt something pop-looked at my hand, sure enough it swelled right before my eyes! (Yes i know I'm a muppet).
Took a trip to A & E, cracked my bone-too fine for them to do anything with apparently, so have to put up with it until its better.
Seriously should not have got out of bed yesterday!!!!

Sounds like something similar to what I did when I broke the board with a punch and didnt land it properly. I didnt go to the hospital though (dont like them) so you were right to go...Im just a big chicken when it comes to hospitals Id rather bear the pain
