Was in class on Tuesday evening and when we went for a water break half way through the class my two boys were whining and carring on at me (unusual but very irritating) when I got back into class I found there was no way I could focus on technique and when we did patterns I was a complete mess and forgot everything. I was embarrassed because lately my focus has been good and we have a tournament coming up, so I wanted to be good on as much as possible. I left the dojang upset and disappointed, and as a positive person thats bad for me. I have a class tonight and I hope I can get my focus back.
You could always try spinning it around and realize that these are the days that you learn and grow from the most. If you are spot on the whole night, it may feel great (I love those nights!), but it really doesn't teach you as much. Good luck with training in these next few days. Hopefully they help boost your mood and confidence and focus.
