At the weekend my school hosted a seminar on sparring (for adults). I attended and so did some of the other local clubs. It was good to meet and spar with, people from other clubs (can you tell Ive never been to a tournament before?) I really enjoyed the experience and want to go to a tournament now !!
Sparring is like that Kixstart. If you go to a tourney and have a great time then you can't wait for your next one! Glad you enjoyed and had good time!
