I did some weight training, cardio, and stretching this morning. I finally figured out that in order to strengthen the knee, I needed to do single leg squats on the machine. It has really helped.
Take it easy though Don't go overdoing it, I know that much from personal experience
The knee tells me when I overdo it. I'm just starting this so I'm using very little weight until it builds up more. Believe me, it was very weak in the beginning.
