I trained yesterday and today. My knee isn't as sore and feels like it is getting stronger. The workouts are definitely helping it (along with the whirlpool). I just have to work on making it stronger.
sounds good, hydrotherapy is actually great. My mother had a knee replacement about 3 months ago and she had hydrotherapy for about 3 months before and is still having it now and says that it works wornders.
Just take it fairly easy (as i am sure you are) and it will be great very soon!!
