Well, I threw my back out a week ago lifting a TV (just a small 19" one). I've been flat on my back and going to the chiropractor. It's still a little sore, but I plan on doing some cardio work tomorrow depending on how the back is doing. Unfortunately, it had to be the lower back. Ice and a heating pad are my friends. I hope to get back to training soon as the back permits.
You're right. I do need to take a few days off to let the back heal. It's just frustrating! Tammy
