Back in Training

I'm overcoming a nasty knee injury and just started light weight training.  The knee did very well, but there are some exercises that bother it.  I just have to go slow and progress from there.  I'm also trying to get ready for some tournaments, too.

Bothersome injuries are always fustrating when you are trying to get back into training.

Kudos to you for training dispite the pain!!!!
