Oi! Cardio for 30-25 minutes daily. It doesn't have to be killer but H.I.I.T./ Tabata training is aces for fat reduction. Biggest component for losing weight is your diet. I can not stress enough how important it is to eat the right foods at the right time. Drop all the junk food (except for a cheat meal), reduce fat intake, consume complex carbs, avoid anything "white" or processed (white bread, white rice). Fruits and veggies! Eating more fruits and vegetables is highly recommended but watch what you put on them. Use lemon juice, Balsamic Vinegar, or Olive oil for dressings.
DO NOT leave weightlifting out of your training! You want to lose weight? Increase your metabolism by increaseing lean muscle mass. If you add muscle, your body requires more calories to build and maintain that muscle so..... LIFT! Weightloss must be looked at like a pyramid; DIET, Weightlifting, Cardio! You need all 3 for positive results. I capitalized diet because it is the key! Good luck!
With the limited info I see, I'm just guessing your primary interest is losing body fat. I'm not sure what shape you are in, so it's hard to just give out exercises. However, off the top of my head I would advise doing some sort of cardio in at least a moderate intensity 2-3 times a week for maybe two weeks, then staying with 3 times a week, with some light strength training (perhaps 1-2 days a week).
