Today was my last lesson before my grading on Wednesday. I was nervous before, mainly about my break, but my patterns went well and I finally did my break (reverse roundhouse kick) which i have been struggling with. We had a bit of a "play" session afterwards in which we did various breaks. I did 4 inch's with side kick and 2 inch's with a roundhouse (or as we call it a turning kick).
Looking forward to the grading, just some korean and 2 step 3 & 4 to practice but i have gone from worrying to being quietly confident.
i noticed a lot of people get so nervous before the testing. if anything, you should be nervous about being nervous, because being nervouse will lead to more mistakes and poor performance. so if you are nervouse about the testing, you should get nervous about being nervous about the testing, and being nervous about... well, you get the idea.
i would wish you good luck on your grading, but you don't need luck. just couple of valiums with morning coffee would keep you calm throughout the grading.
