I would like to say thanks to all that gave me words of encouragement regarding perserverance with running. Over the past few weeks I have progress from only being to to run 400m wihilst feeling like i am dying to having completed a 2 mile run yesterday and just feeling pretty tired but still conversant (just about!!). I am aiming to be able to run about 4-5 mile by the end of April so that I am quite fit for our competition at the end of April.
Thanks, i had a lesson today and I felt great the whole way through. I am usually knackered by the end of a lesson but I was very pleased that my fitness is definitely improving.
