I liked the weapons demo, very very fast, lol. My Kyo-sanim says he took it up to improve his reaction with blocking. I own a training pair, but need to work on it more. Cool again, TJ.

 That is cool your wife is in TKD with you. I am trying to get my wife into TKD as well, she I think she would do awesome because she was in gymnastics for 14 yrs.
