I'm up in Mattoon, Illinois. I used to know Grand Master Y. C. Rho. He was in Decatur Illinois before. He produced many fine students. I haven't spoke with him since the early to mid 1980s. I knew one of his Black Belt Instructors , now, Grand Master Wynn.
