I have been associated with several martial arts since I was a little kid. I obtained higher belts never black in a couple of styles before the age of 12. Then we moved to a place that didn't have marital arts so I was without it until I went to college. My soph. year I started in a school in Hays Kansas called Sun Yi's academy. By the time I graduated I was a brown belt. Since I was a kid I always struggled with a disease called leggs perthis it is basically the degeneration of a muscle and lucky me I had it in my right hip so this certainly had it's drawbacks. By the time I graduated college my hip had take all the TKD it could so I had to hang up my belt. About a year ago my son started in TKD when he was 3. He honestly wanted to I did not force him. This ignited the fire within again, and knowing I couldn't physically participate I wanted to do something with martial arts. So, I started a site about martial arts and absolutely love it. The people/customers that I have always have great stories and a real love for the arts. I find that about 99% of the people in the arts share high values and a passion for continued learning. This is why people in this discipline are always great to talk to and learn from. I look forward to talking with even more quality people here at tkdspace.
Talk with you soon,
Tony
