Martial arts of course! Taekwon-Do is the first love. Hapkido is a great complement. MMA has been a lot of fun.
Outside of that, I read a lot, lift weights, and teach a KardioKick class three days a week.
About once or twice a year, the family and I go somewhere that is absolutely nothing to do with martial arts. :)
TKD ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Watching our oldest daughter test for 1st & 2nd degree in front of Grand Master Hwang (K-9-1). Watching the bride test for fourth degree in front of Grand Master Rhee (UK-9-1) and Grand Master Hwang.
Seeing our students come in knowing nothing and learning to defend themselves.
MUSIC
Geesh, most anything except opera.
BOOKS
If I can, I'd rather read martial art or history books. I really like reading the older books.
Martial Arts is so much a part of my life I wouldn't know what to do with the void if it were gone. My whole family does martial arts and run a school here in Crestview, FL.
ABOUT ME
Work a full time career and do martial arts in the evenings and weekends (and when I sneak off from work for a long weekend...) Love the seminars and get on the mat every chance I get. Still train in a student capacity about once a week and don't care for the instructors who forgot what it's like to be a student.
My Taekwon-Do instructor is Grand Master Hwang (K-9-1). My "soft arts" instructor is Grand Master Rudy Timmerman. But my "lets train everyday" local instructor is a Hapkido guy named Calvin Longton.

Good morning! :) I haven't been online too much lately, but I had a few extra minutes this morning and wanted to stop in to say hello. :) How's life? What's new? How are your classes going?
