All of them. I read. Anything and everything, but paranormal romance is my passion....then again...I can be found reading about Taoism and Buddhism, depends on the day and TIME. And yes, Children's books and whatever makes Oprah's list are on there too ;) I read; therefore, I am.

Whatever works for a work OUT. I love music, but I usually leave it to others to recommend. I want hard and hard core for a workout,....and soft and soothing for a relaxation session. Music can MAKE the moment.

I write - non-fiction and romance, art-from sculpture to painting....you want something unique and creative,....just ask, you might be surprised, teaching yoga to ALL walks of life, teaching meditation...trying to grow planets and REALLY trying to impact ONE young life to be the best he can be. Anyone else...hah! I love it.

I come from a Karate background, but our TKD Sensei has completely helped me fall in love with TKD and what it can do. Plus, he adds in the self defense aspect, just in case we can't kick ;)
