Yea, I love being able to train that often. Its a blessing. Its important to me, so I make time for it. No we didnt get any snow. We got a lot of rain on Saturday though. It was nice, and relaxing, and I didnt get wet cause I was in the dojang all day basically
He said to do the hip too. Not quite sure yet but we shall see. I don't know about class tomorrow, toe is still very sore and can't stand on it yet. i am hoping by next Tuesday I will at least be able to stretch. Say hi to the gang for me. What are u thinking about getting again? I know u mentioned some flowers to go with the one you have right?
I can't stand this weather!! Going to Vegas at the end of the month and going to be renting a Harley with some bike friends. I just want my toe to get better real quickly so I can get back into TKD and enjoy my trip to sin city! By the way, I gave my tattoo idea to Andy at Head of the Class and he just called me to come and see what he came up with. Can't wait! Just haven't decided where to put it yet...Hip, tailbone area, back of shoulder?
Thanks for the comments, it's great to see a mom who loves her kids, and sees the benefits the Tae Kwon Do has to offer herself and her children. hope all is well...
I love your page. It is so nice to see someone else on here that has just recently started and did so a little later in life. It seems like a great deal of the people I have encountered started as either kids or teens. Have fun training and enjoy it!
I always wanted to do it when I was younger, but I never got the chance to. And when I was on break from college one summer, my older brother invited to take class with him and his son. So I did. And since then I've been dedicated. Now I train and teach six days a week. I was 19 when I started, but I used to think it would have been better if I started at a younger age. But either way Im glad that I started, and more than that, Im happy that I continued with it.
