LOL My dentist loves me too! We talk photography

talking about photography... i took phots at our anual tkd camp, still having trouble shoot indoor lighting, keeping the iso around 800 and setting shutter speed around 7.0 and still getting way to much motion blur. I'll get there one day

Do you mean your Fstop at 7.0? Shutter should be at at least 1/125 if possible

no sorry i ment to say aperture 7.0 , shutter speed 1/125, little confused!

You arent using your on camera flash are you?   If you are your best bet is to just pop your sports mode on and let the camera decide what settings to use.  If you do have an external flash then bump your Fstop down to about 4.0 and your shutter to 1/125-1/150th and you ISO at about 200 and you should be able to stop action.  Other than this there isnt much more I can advise you on :(

ohh you are smart, no your right no flash, i don't really want to use the sport mode i want to try working it out for myself. stupid uh!!!

Yah tell me about it!  I just LOVE complications! LOL  I told my dr that my body  needed a bit more trauma, there just wasnt enough this past year!   She loves my humor!

Well humor goes a long way with recover so keep it up. just don't tell jokes when your at the dentist.
