The Forbidden Kingdom
Forbidden Kindom is the movie, though I'm not sure what, if any, legend it is based on. I believe that Shia Laboufe (sp?) is in it as well. The movie looks really good and I am looking forward to seeing it.

it doesn't star Shia, it stars another kid...idk his name but he plays Jack's son in the tv show "Will and Grace"...neways, for the legend, i think it is the monkey king. if u actually read in some places, it says that Jet Li's character is the monk AND the monkey king. i guess we'll have to wait to c the movie and find out

Yeah, Forbidden Kingdom is the movie that is based on the legend of the Monkey King. Jet Li plays the Monkey King and Jackie Chan is the Drunken Immortal. It looks like it's going to be good. I can't wait to see it this week.

I just watched it. I really enjoyed this movie. I think over the coming weeks there will be many new students trying out martial arts.

Good movie
I enjoyed the movie a lot. The only warning I have for it is that you go in with the thought of just being entertained and do not look into for logical plot values. I would love to see more movies with Jackie Chan and Jet Li working together, perhaps something that is made overseas so they can be a bit more intense with their action scenes.

I thought it was good but I think with the talents of Jet Li and Jackie Chan it could've have been better.
