meditating
At our dojang we begin each class with the same kind of meditation. Our focus at white belt is to observe our breathing. Now that I'm a little higher he's started with triangular breathing where we control our breath. I find it very relaxing once we're into it for a while, but those periods of relaxation are brief. About 2 minutes before class and 2 minutes at the end. Much like has already been stated. Just thought I'd throw in my two cents... love reading what you guys have to say!
