That's your fault for being awesome. I work out so sparatically that sometimes, I see results, sometimes, I don't. I try to maintain my weight range (147-162 lbs) yet, my weight flutters around like crazy. I do need to stick to a better plan, but I just gotta get my mind set to do it. Sometimes, I'm lazy, others I'm just tired, but about 2-3 hours of TKD a day, 6 days a week does keep the body in motion. I'm not super ripped, but I'm one of the a "limited" few guys in our training group that has a 6-pack as opposed to the "keg". Work it out.

I'm 41 and have the same sort of build and metabolism.  Though in my case, I'm 6'4 and just a hair under 200.  The eating 4-5 times a day (I do that too) actually helps to keep the weight off because you'll tend to eat less at each sitting than if you only ate three meals.  In fact, people who skip breakfast or who only eat one meal a day tend not to lose the fat the way that they are trying to lose.
