Health and Fitness -- Strength Training (4 sets for each exercise)
Last week of basic strength. Next three weeks will focus on power again.
On all four days, I did Power Cleans (explosive -- 5 reps), Corscrew (Rotational -- 10 reps), and 4 point planks (Core Stabilization -- 30 secs). All other exercises -- 8 reps.

It is always a pejorative that no school wants applied to them and is often applied to large chain schools and/or watered down schools. But what makes a McDojo so bad? Its test day tomorrow. I think Im as ready as Im going to be, just doing some last minute revision on names of movements in my pattern in case Im quizzed. I know the meanings and background of the patterns, so its just movements and what theyre used for that Im weakest on. So thats what Ill be checking out tonight.
