I'm still unable to practice for a few more weeks due to the back injury. I went and watched class from the sidelines to keep me mentally in the mode. I noticed a yellow belt having difficulty with his form. I went over and helped him. Afterwards, the instructor thanked me for assisting even though I can't practice yet.
