My club has a tournament coming up soon, and I can't wait. I will have to wait a really long time for my division to come up, but thats ok in the mean time I will be coaching which I enjoy doing very much. I will have to get up early in the morning to registure I will have to be there for 7 am then the parade of the clubs that will be there, that will take about an hour and a half to organize, then they get the little kids organized.. my litle brother just started training. First I had a litle concern that he might be to yong he is only five. He is the yongest one but he is enoying it so much. every single day he askes me if he has taekwondo class that day.

After all my moaning and disappointment-I passed my black tag grading today with an A pass. I'm so ridiculously happy about it, my toes are sore, I have a headache but it's all good. Can't believe I did it eventually-it was bloomin hard work too, I don't think I have ever tried so hard in a grading, my body aches. I have been given a date for my green belt grading...
5th April...Im really determined to do well. The only thiing Im worried about is push ups. I know that sounds really strange, but part of the test is doing a number of push ups and my arms are a bit weak :-( Since I have 2 weeks to work on this, can anyone recommend some exercises that may give me some more strength in the short term?
