I'm a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon-do of which I've been training for nearly 7 years. I teach both adults and children from as young as 3.
I enjoy every aspect of Tae Kwon-do paticuarly Patterns and sparring. I also run my schools demo team of which I am also in and have had three performances so far since the team established in October 2008. I have a big interest in Extreme Martial Arts and would one day love to compete in America in sparring, traditional forms and creative forms.

Hello from Denver, Colorado, USA! I served at RAF Bentwaters near Ipswich from 1986 to 1990. It was a wonderful tour of duty, and I absolutely love England. The people, the pubs, the history...all of it is just great. Sure hope to return for a short visit in the future.
