My name is Colby, currently live in Omaha, NE, love my friends and my taekwondo family, I have 1 younger brother and 3 older sisters, grew up in a small farm town of no significance, attended Catholic Schools all my life, including college and graduate school. I'm a pretty simple person, not to many complications in my life!

A little over a year ago I changed schools and went from ITF to WTF. I love tournaments (actually we can call it an addiction) and decided I like the continuous sparring more than stopping between every point...
