I guess everyone in school is doing okay. some new people have shown up, but I guess you were used to that since you were there for a while. I've been okay. I went to Japan for the last 3 weeks, so I haven't been to class in a while (but I'm starting back up soon). Other than that, it's work and school.

Hey man, how are things going? I like the video. I can tell I`ve gotten a lot better since that first tournament.
I thought maybe you forgot about me... I hadnt heard from you in a while!!! I have been doing good. Trying to lose some weight for the wedding so I have been riding my bike to work. Its pretty easy in the morning, but at 5 or 6 pm its tough sometimes. Last week was pretty nice so it wasn't that bad.
Other than that just working. I'm glad you like the video, I thought you did really good, you going to Master Chang's tournament in Oct? I wish I could go, but we will be moving to Snellville soon and I start school soon so I cant. But make sure you keep practicing cause I have been practicing and will be ready to spar when I get back. I hope I can cruise through my schooling so that I can get that behind me and get back into TKD. But I am also very excited to go through school and get into a career that I would enjoy!!
A career in Graphic arts is going to really help in the future when I have a school as well. I will be able to set up a website and print out shirts and all kinds of stuff....

I worked hard on the bag yesterday. Practicing hammer kicks and trying to re-align my back kick. Since Master Chang had me open my stance I have been off on my back kick....I practiced in the heat with my head gear on and mouth piece in so that I can get used to them.

Yeah, I've heard of it. Mrs. Terri Beever said that it looked good but I'm a little hesitant b/c of "The Village" and "The Lady in the Water" but "The Six Sense" was good.

sup Buddy???? I have to test tonight and I am very nervous to do a jumping roundhouse as one of my board breaks. But I am just gonna slam through the board with the top of my foot instead of trying to hit the board with the ball of my foot. Everytime I try that I end up hitting the board with my toes.....NOT GOOD!!!!
