Taekwondo is rapidly taking over my life, but I'm also big into music; playing it and seeing it live (Make sure I attend at least 1 festival a year).

Scottish Open 2008 - Gold medal for sparring!

The Killers, Maximo Park, Panic! etc

Bret Easton Ellis is a literary genius!

Currently aiming for my green belt grading, slightly anxious about it (as always). I train twice a week at Garrison Taekwondo (UKTA) and try to attend all seminars and stuff like that. Have recently started competing which I'm enjoying, won a gold medal for sparring at my first comp!

I'm just a normal person, teach primary school children for the day job...by night I am a trained ninja (or not!)

Oh those toes, don’t they hurt uh, I broke my little toe last year, boy it took some time to heal. My week-end has been pretty quite, just me and the kids.

Way to go girl! Sounds like you have a great tail to tell those young school kids. I think the kids would love to know there teacher is Bruce Lee. But how did you hurt your foot?

Congrats on your 3rd placing!!

Hello!

Thanks for the add! It wasn't the TAGB, was UKTA back in...June I think. Got another competition next weekend in Wales, feeling a bit nervous about it!

x

Nice one! Nerves do get to be useful eventually - at least I hope so! I got so nervous before my first comp I could hardly eat... but last time was a bit easier.

Good luck! Jx

I just need to do one break, but it's something I've struggled with right from the start. I'm going to do a right leg side piercing kick. I know I'm capable of doing it ut I often psych myself out of being able to do it!

Lorrarall your not the only person on that particular Island, It's a obsticle that many students face. good stances, technic and follow though, and if that doen't do it kick the crap out of it!!! lol
