Troubleshooting someone else's skill is always difficult, but I found that by sometimes reading what problems other people face, it could help me address a problem I didn't know I was having until Master Lee would point it out. For example, I've noticed that I have great speed and snapping power in my kicks. But what gets me sometimes is in more advanced techniques, the simple use of my hips, or my timing can sometimes be a bit off. When you ask someone in your class for help, don't just as the simple "what am I doing wrong?" but instead, point out what you think you might have an issue with and asks them how they would go about at it or if they've ever had that problem. It's helped me a bit. But like I always say, give it time, you'll start to get the hang of it.

Give it time. When I was growing up, I did some martial arts training with friends and family, but never anything serious. When I started doing the basics in TKD a couple years ago, I remember going "oh, this is easy, I remember doing all this" but even as I advance into more difficult techniques, I still realize how much more polishing is needed for even the most basic kicks and punches down to the stances. Just keep pushing onward and see where it goes.
