Before the match nerves are high. during the match very exciting fast action. toward the end of the last round very exhausting all I think about is making it to the end. after its over for me extreme satisfaction win or lose .So many emotions wrapped up in on event

I can honestly say that I feel nothing.
That isn't the same as saying I don't feel punches or kicks, indeed I do! But mentally, I "feel" nothing but the challenge (if there is such a thing). Having been a Law Enforcement Officer, I know what it is to be in a fight where the outcome meant I either went home or I went to the hospital, or worse. Therefore, since I know that I not likely to be harmed when I am sparring, I don't feel at all. I don't worry about winning or losing. If I have trained correctly, I don't feel tired or winded Though I feel that way immediately after the match is over. I don't feel frustrated. I understand the ebb and flow of the match and my entire objective is to get my opponent to dance to my rythm. I want to knock them off their gameplan and follow my lead.
I can't say I feel this as a sensation or some sort of ZEN thing, all I can say is that when it happens, everything you do is right. Peaceful. Beautiful.

depends on who i'm sparring. if i'm sparring someone who needs help, or is 100% defensive (as in they never attack first) i feel nothing. but when i am sparring someone who attacks, defense and counters it feels alot more tactical and interesting and i don't really notice fatigue and clashes until afterwards.

I'm excited, but rather clinical. I keep my excitement level high enough to maintain a level adrenaline, but thats about it. I am more clinical in my aproach, looking for openings and trying not to give any away. I treat sparring like physical chess.

When I spar I feel alive. Nothing else exist, just me and my opponet. I feed off my opponents energy and love the adrinaline rush. I don't care if I win or loose it's just all about the expierience.

before the match Im usually reeeeally nervious to the point that I start thinking out loud so much that my own teamates get pissed and tell me to shut up. but it all goes away when I hear CHUNG! HUNG! even though there are a lot of people screaming and cheering for me during the match, Im so focused on trying to figure what my opponent is gonna do that I cant listen to what they say even if I try to. I love the attention you get when youre in the center of the ring and how everyone just forgets about everything and cheer for a single person till they cant scream anymore, thats the best feeling any fighter could have.

Sparring
I love sparring. Its alot of fun! When I first started out in tkd it was by far my favorite thing. However, now that Im learning more forms they're getting up there in my top favorite things in tkd class. I also love staff forms, they're fun, too. XD
So to answer your question; excited.
