leg lifts

Those leg lifts are tough....I tried to do them today. I was able to get three sets of six. My goal in the future is three sets of 15.

 

People in gold's gym looked at me funny, but I dont think any of them could do one so HAH!!!.

 

Anyway, Chuung Hyo everybody!!!
