Time to think(sparring)
Do you remember the last time you sparred competively? ok think about what you did wrong and right think about what you could have done differently and think about your stradigy for your next fight Just think you don't have to reply but if you think of any realy good edvice, you might want to share. Remember we're all friends untill we're in the ring...lol

I always critique my sparring after it's over. I find at least one area I can improve on, and I work on it. The things I did okay on, I try to improve on them to, and make sure I do them more often. My strategy for matches is always the same... 1.) Stay on balance at all times and a mobile/narrow stance 2.) Use combinations that flow with solid balance. 3.) KEEP THE HANDS "UP!!!!" 4.) Go in and do MY job and don't let my opponent do their's. 5.) Hit and don't get hit 6.) Make them MISS... THEN... MAKE THEM PAY. 7.) NO hopping, bouncing or dancing around... it wastes energy. 8.) After a defense, ALWAYS respond with a counter because it's the best time to score. 9.) Win with courtesy and gratitude to my opponent for competitng with me... Lose with grace and dignity... and ALWAYS, no matter what, make a new friend.
