ok heres the results.... i messed up big time!
I messed up the pattern by rushing it, and nearly forgot a bit, i think because of nerves.
I actually missed the call for individual sparring, so didnt even do that!
But did get a bronze with the team sparring, that was fun
I wont be doing patterns again lol
