exactly, its not something that can just be pidgeonholed into one catagory, its a very individual question, you have to think about what you do, what your metabolism is like, how often you need to eat, etc. a simplified example would be balancing an account, what goes in and what comes out need to correlate or you are in trouble (a tad over simplistic perhaps, but valid) I'll get down off my soap box now, shall I, lol
