it's all a theory.  a theory that cannot be tested till the day comes.  i can see how north and south would switch poles from magnetic field being reversed that day (can't remember exactly why souch/north poles would switch, but it had something to do with earth being in the center of universe or something on that day), but i don't think that would mean the end of the world.  i think it just means that water will swirl the other way when we flush the toilet. 

besides, look at all the doomsdays we were supposed to have until now.  nothing happened.  even when the new millenium came.  the worst thing that happened in the new millenium was invention of cherry and vanilla coke.  no biggie.

I think it will be Doomsday for London in 2012- due to the amount of people there for the Olympics, there's no way the public transport systems will be able to cope! The country will grind to a halt!!
