that's quite a list.  not sure how long that would take for me to do.  i like taking my time between each set.

when doing all body exercises, i prefer doing compound exercises for each body part, such as bench press, military press, squat, barbell curl, etc.  for back and tricep, i stick with "most effective" ones, like lat pull down, t bar row, cable row, french curl (skull crusher), and tricep pull down to name a few.

i usually do about 8-9 sets for each body parts with 4-6 reps, and i'm done within 30 minutes plus 15 min warm up cardio.  when lifting heavy, any more than 40-45 min seems to have negative effect on me.  and the whole "less is more" seems to work pretty well for me, which is good thing, because i'm quite lazy.

LOL trust me it really is not that long!   On a good day with the gym being empty in the morning I can usually get done in about 1.5 hours.  On a bad day with a full gym of people it can take longer!

Thankfully my wife is my faverate training partner so between workouts, classes and practice sessions I do not need to worry about sacrificing time with my wife for other things.  When I was younger, single and trying to date my training program was a reason I was single for a good bit of the time.
