Try looking into taekyon. Their twist kick or reverse roundhouse is unlike anything that I have ever seen.

Was that hands up and chin down, or the other way around?

We do a kick we call an inverted roundhouse. The part of the foot that impacts on the target is the same as a sraight roundhouse but the foot that does the kicking is the opposite foot
left foot kick, target to the left. Left foot comes up and drawn across the body to the right. leg is then flicked out to the right to execute the kick. Not seen it demonsted on video yet. So not sure what its Korean name is????

We do reverse turning kick. Its effectively a spinning hook kick just with a straight leg, no hook. You all but lock the leg out from start and dip your leading shoulder into the twist first, then rotate your body forwards whilst bringing your back foot around behind you. I really hate that kick!! Its not my best at all!

many people have many different names for one kick. as for "bandae dollyo chagi", bandae simply means opposite. i think that means twisting kick like OG and "rawr" described. i think ITF calls it a twisting kick.
