I guess I'm the only one seeing the Greek. Anyway, tall or short; it isn't like you can pick. You're born with the code for your height and that's all the height you'll ever have.
Tall people have the advantage of reach and distance and should work to develope a close quarters strategy for when a shorter opponent closes the distance (short people should do this too).
Shorter people have the advantage of a smaller target profile and less inertia, and generally, quicker motions. Shorter people should work the angles to get past a taller person's guard (tall people should work the angles too).
But there is no superiority of being one over the other. Each has its benefits and drawbacks and one should take those into account in their training.
