Been noticing over the last couple of weeks I'm knocking up a bit early. Had it happen before as the temperatures rapidly start to rise as we come out of winter. I'm confident it's not a hydration issue, or lack of motivation. or age catching up (so no smart remarks please)

A few people mention the they feel a bit this way about now as their bodies adjust to the changes.

Has anybody got an answer to the problem, is it more sweating leading to a greater lose of body minerals? Tempted to just go harder and try and work through it to see what happens??

Coach Ruiz always tells us more water and more protein every day.  GM Kim tells us to work harder.  I do both that way way they both feel guilty when I collapse.

Was that hands up and chin down, or the other way around?

I feel the same way. I thought it was because summer time is more laid back - you know, school is out, weekends are spent at the pool and of course, more martial art training...I find that when the weather is changing there is more stress on the job, less sleep because of more responsibility is spreading me thin and so on. I could use some advice on this myself...LOL

I take different types of vitamins this time of year (some active mind and body), eat more protein, and pay close attention to my intake of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids for better concentration. I have heard using Sea Salt instead of regular salt helps.
