I guess I'm not eating that well for brekkie. Usually 2 slices of white toast and raspberry jam. Maybe scrambled eggs on multigrain bread would be better. I drink heaps of water during the day, especially on training days and I always take water with me and we often get a couple of 'drink breaks' during training. What other supplements are there? I may try the chocolate milk thing - not sure about that one. What's Pedia-lyte? What is in the shake you take with you?

Pedia-lyte is a drink in the US that helps keep children hydrated when they have diarea and are sick and all that stuff. I took in high school for wrestling and from time to time for TKD. About the chocolate milk thing, it's suppose to have all the good stuff like protien, some amino acids and electrolytes, I don't do it because I don't like milk in my stomach in the evenings, it makes me feel sluggish.
I personally take GNC's Mega Men's Sport Dietary Supplement and a Max Protien SHake (basic Whey protien shake) whith some fruit, for lunch I eat a salad, pasta dish, V8 splash and then for dinner I have salad, fruit, and a protien shake again. For workouts I take a product call Ange Crush which is a dirnk that helps with energy and BCAAs for preworkouts. My suggestion is that you talk with a nutritonalist or medical provider about what you should take. Also check with your dojang if you compete if there is something things you shouldn't take, there are tons of science names out there of prouducts taht aren't illegal but still banned in sports.
