I can't post anything in the shot box, I type what I say and hit enter and nothing happens and there is no button.

There are several issues and not only the shoutbox.

You may find that you also cannot post comments on members' pages as well.

Also I noticed you have to insert HTML tag to your posts here if you want your posts to be separated into paragraphs.

I'm having the same problem. We're upgrading at 8:00 tonight which is supposed to fix everything according to phpFox. (I wish the emoticons worked, I would have winked at you)
