Shadow sparring would be one good option. Working a bag another, especially for those right foot left foot kicks

for that left/right/left/right roundhouse combo, doing knee raises can help a lot. running on the spot, and each knee comes up above your waist level. try to do it faster than your comfortable speed. essentially, l/r/l/r roundhouse combo uses the same beat/tempo as doing knee raises. the rest is up to your core strength and balance that are needed for turning hips, which can come from practice of the kick itself or doing some... pilates...

overall reflex can be improved with drills and weight lifting. with weight lifting, your muscles will stay more active in general, and it will give faster response. for overall agility, some of the football drills can help. something like running on the spot and dropping into push up position and coming back up. your clock can be the signal, and you can set an interval. say, every 5 seconds, you go down, do 1 push up, come back up, and run on the spot again. these would have to be done as fast as you can. when i was in korea, while kicking the bag, i would grab a handful of beans in my hands, throw one in the air, and as soon as i hear it hit the floor, i would kick. then i would throw another one, in different direction, different angle, and different speed, so the time between it being thrown in the air and hitting the floor is different for each throw. if you have a partner, while doing a paddle kicking, don't let your partner just hold it up. have your partner retract the paddle, and bring it out every 2-3 seconds, as if your opponent was well covered up(retracted paddle) and then got a sudden opening. make sure to move around, do your foot work between each kick, so you are not just kicking with your comfortable rythm.
main thing about reaction timing is that, the more you think about it, the slower you become. you need to condition your body to improve overall agility, strength, and speed, and mix that with your awareness of right timing (being aware of right timing isn't same as noticing the right timing - former is fast reflex reaction and latter is slow reaction that requires cognitive process).

there are couple different approaches that i would recommend. you can lift heavy weights so that you can lift at least 4 reps and can't lift more than 6 reps. this one's well known for increasing your muscle mass and strength. another way is lift little lighter, 8-12 reps, but doing those reps slowly (e.g., count 3 for half of a rep and another 3 for 2nd half of the rep). this approach's good for strength and endurance.

One nice thing to try for speed training is to use the light weights as quickly as possible. It doesn't improve strength and endurance as much, but develops what's called "fast-twitch muscle fibers". These things don't help you lift more, but are what allows your muscles to respond very quickly.

Many people think this is crazy but i found out that video games actually help hand eye coordiantion therefore it can be used as a boxers training. Ive done it and it has helped with reflexes little by little. It also good for entertainment as most people have noticed . As for speed training jump ropes help with both speed and endurance. kills two birds with one stone.
