i was tagb up in scotland for 8 years until the club closed down so i changed over to itf and have been there ever since.

no as it's almost the same apart from some set sparring and sine-wave movement you do in the itf. i think being btc members also makes it a bit easier for anyone switching over. the only thing i had to do was basically prove i was up to the standard they expected before i could think of moving forward. sine-wave took about a year to get used to though ( that's the down up down movement done in the itf).
