I think it's very important to learn to read Hangul as early as possible, so that you know what everything is supposed to sound like. That way when people write things phonetically in the english letters you can demand that they write it in Hangul, and then you know what they are trying to say suddenly...

You just haven't heard Korean until you hear it with a southern drawl. Drives my wife insane. My boy James has perfect pronunciation but when he speaks English he has both a southern twang and a hint of Korean accent. Kinda southern korean english.

I've been speaking spanish ever since i was born being that im from hispanic background but i dont really consider myself fluent. Im trying to learn more spanish and at the sametime im trying to get into japanese.
